Returns are only allowed within 3 days from delivery date and a 20% restocking charge applies. An authorization number is required for the transaction to be valid.
Check to make sure the date is within the 3 days alloted for refunds/exchanges.
- Carefully package the shipment.
- Include reason for the return.
- Include copy of credit card receipt. Please indicate credit card number and transaction authorization number.
- Send the prepaid shipment back to OTA office.
- A representative will confirm your return.
No return, exchange, refund without authorization.
